Covenants - Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (C,C & R) of Wissler Ranch were established May 1996. If you have questions or would like the board to consider and exception to the C,C & R's you must bring present the exception to the board. The covenants list here are "Unapproved". They will give you guidance on our Covenants. The official copy of the Covenants is on file with the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.
